A Seed Of Hope

Sometimes amidst all the chaos that surrounds us, we forget to look for signs of hope.

They’re out there, I promise you.

This year has been crazy. I can honestly say it has so far been the worst year of my entire life. I won’t got into details, because they are personal, but all of my hopes and dreams and wishes have been put on hold in order to hope and dream and pray for my child.

My days are full of uncertainty and fear for what the future might hold.

I want to close my eyes and transport back an entire year, but I know I can’t.

We bought our property a year ago. We had big plans and dreams for it. We have worked our butts off in order to see those dreams come true. This wasn’t something that would happen over night, but more along the lines of starting small and building up each year.

Although we’ve seen some successes, there’s been a lot of failure.

When you find yourself failing, it’s sometimes hard to realize that by failing, you’ve learned a lesson and can try again.

There’s always hope, you just have to look for it.

When we moved here, our neighbor pointed out a pecan tree that had been on the property for about three decades. I was ecstatic.
