Our food system is broken, that is a fact. It is really easy to not think about it though during good times. It is through times of uncertainty that it really hits home.

Back when COVID-19 first shut down the country, shelves were bare. Trying to find a package of chicken breasts, a loaf of bread, or canned vegetables were near impossible.
