Juggling Numerous Projects
With all of the plans I have for the next year, it requires some serious scheduling and time management.
Right now, I’m posting episodes on Vella. I’m posting them on Fridays and Mondays, which means on Thursdays and Sundays, I’ve got to make sure all edits are done for those episodes.
I’ve also written a Halloween short story called The Cry In The Dark. It’s written, but needs to be edited. I had hoped to publish on the first, but since I still need to write the blurb and finish the cover, that’s getting pushed back to October 15th.
On top of that, I’m writing a novel. It was supposed to be a novella, but the characters and story line had different thoughts. Now, I’ve got to readjust my schedule and try to work on that. I’m hoping to get one chapter done every two days at the very minimum.
Besides that, is Medium. I love writing here, and I love the interaction I have with the writing community on this platform. I have to make time each day to read stories and write posts. Unfortunately, I no longer have time to post daily. I still try to post several times a week.
Putting that all aside, I’m in a different group that helps edit my writing. In order for that to happen though, I have to go through and edit six other people’s chapters as well.
