Everyone faces change in their life where reality disrupts your daily routine and throws you through a loop. I’m going through that right now.

I’m struggling to create new routines. It’s hard when some shifts start before the sun rises, while others start right before the sun sets. My sleep pattern is gone, my morning routine shattered.

Through all of this though, my creativity is still endless. I’m constantly thinking about my next project I want to start. I keep reminding myself that this job is the next step up the mountain of dreams I am climbing.

It’s important to remember why you’re doing what you’re doing. This job will help me save money, even if it means slowing down here on Medium and postponing my side endeavor.

The pros about it though outnumber the cons. Yes, I will have less free time to pursue what I want, but it will give me the financial means in order to do just that. Now, I can start gathering more supplies so that I can get going on projects.

I really wanted to try something new each month this year. I have a list going of about 30 different things that I want to attempt, and so far only two have been crossed off so I’m a little behind.

But, supplies are beginning to pile up so that someday soon, I can tackle one of those projects.
