I’m about to find out.

I woke up today not feeling great. Hard to say what was wrong, I just felt ‘off’. After an hour or so, I just wanted to vomit. It’s been hours now, and I hate this feeling.

I HATE throwing up. I hate it so much I’d rather go through just about any other sickness. Bronchitis? Sure, not a problem. Pneumonia? Not fun, but to me better than throwing up.

I laid in my bed just wishing that it would go away. Finally I decided to look up some herbal remedies that might help.

One of the things I found that is supposed to help is drinking peppermint tea.

In the garden this year, I purposely grew peppermint to use in teas. I hadn’t tried it before, and had dried some to save. The website I looked at said to use 10–15 crushed peppermint leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 10–15 minutes. I found this on www.healthline.com .

I still had plenty growing so I went out and harvested some fresh leaves and brewed myself a cup of tea.

I’ve never drank peppermint tea. I love peppermint but it was still a bit strange looking into the greenish water, knowing I was going to drink it.
