Quarantine Accomplishments
The last month for me has been great. Yes, the threat of the pandemic is there, but not being able to leave our property at all for a month has given me the chance to recharge and relax.
That being said, I have a feeling that it won’t be much longer before I am back to work. Am I ready? I guess so, although if I could continue to get paid while staying at home I wouldn’t say no.
Thinking about going back to work got me thinking.
What have I accomplished over the last month?
The days over the past month have flown by. I completely lose track of what day of the week it is and have to pull up the calendar on my phone.
I’ve always said, if I didn’t have to work so much, I could get so much done.
But, did I?
The answer is no.
Yes, I got quite a few things done. I built and planted four raised garden beds. I’ve harvested enough wild blackberries to make a batch of jam. I tilled and planted a potato garden as well as a melon garden and squash garden.
That is where it pretty much stops.
I thought I’d be writing every day and that did not happen. In fact, I hardly wrote at all!
