The Big Medium Change — 15 Days In
What are my stats telling me?
Even though it is still too soon to see what exactly the new change that Medium has made, I still try to figure out how it is working.
So, let’s talk about some stats.
Now, remember, I am a small fish who works a full-time job. I have only written 6 posts so far in November. Keeping that in mind, here we go.
As of day 15, I have earned money (some only pennies) off of 37 different stories. Most of these stories were written months ago. Half of those were curated in different topics. This is one of the reasons I always strive to get a story curated.
Looking at those 37 stories, I noticed a few things. All my posts about addiction are still being read every month. My top producer so far this month was a story that I wrote back in January:
It is a story I held close to my heart about love, family, and addiction.
