This year is flying by.

I wish I could slow down time, just tilt the falling grains of sand so that they would trickle instead of stream.

I’m behind where I wanted to be as far as my monthly goals are concerned, but each and every day I take one step in the right direction.

When it comes to goals, it is important to remind yourself, why? Why do I want to achieve this?

Medium- My goal for this year was to write every single day. Why? Well, because I love writing, and I thrive off of routines. If I sit and write every single day, I will create a routine that will help balance my day.

I’ve managed to stick with this goal. It’s helped in so many ways. The money is helping feed my family, and I am able to put myself in a good mood before I do anything else.

Saving money- This one I’ve struggled with, but I’m seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. It took longer than I thought to find a job, but I did. It’s only part time so there has been no saving, but I just found a full time job which will help.

Why? Because my dream is to buy some land in the next couple of years. Enough land to have a chicken coop, fruit trees, and a large garden. Enough land to where I can walk outside naked if I want without fear of the neighbors seeing me.
