Week 2 Is Over, Where Do You Stand?

Time to re-evaluate your goals

As each week comes to a close, you need to take a moment to look back and see where you stand. What did you accomplish? What did you not complete? And most importantly, why?

Week 2 is wrapping up and as I look back on what I wanted to do, I have mixed results.

I’m just getting over a major sickness which held me back as far as what I could physically do, but even still, I’m kind of amazed at what I was able to accomplish.

My main goal was to post 5 pieces a week here on Medium, and I was able to do that. My next goal was to spend 9 hours outside doing yard work. I only managed about 3 hours, but there was also a nasty storm and rainy weather that kept me inside. The in-depth cleaning I had hoped to get done still waits for me.

So, what comes next?

Now it’s time to adjust the goals for the upcoming week.

Because of the fact that I’m caught up on my writing goals, those will remain the same. I will add on time to my outdoor chores, as well as adding some time to my cleaning so I can get those items crossed off.

My other goal is to learn something new this month. The topic I’ve chosen I haven’t even started on, so that will move up on my priority list. I’m…
